Yum Yum, as mentioned several times before avocados and shrimps are two of my favorite ingredients and this combination of the both is just finger-licking good!!

Ingredients for 4 pers.:

  • 2 avocados
  • 100 gr pink shrimps
  • 3 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of passata di pomodori
  • powdered paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh parsley

How to prepare it:

Put the yogurt, mayonnaise, passata, a lot of powdered pepper and some salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Squeeze out a bit of lemon juice. Add the lemon juice to the mixture. Stir well.

Cut the avocado in half. Peel of the skin, remove the seed and cut a small slice of the back so that the avocado remains stable. Fill the avocado with the shrimps and a bit of the cocktail sauce. Chop the parsley and garnish the dish with the parsley.

Serve the dish quickly since the avocado tends to color brown.
