Small appetizer, starter or tapa with bacon, mushroom and brie cheese! Easy and quick dish

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 1 brie
  • 200 gr wild mushrooms
  • fresh parsley
  • 125 gr bacon

How to prepare it:

Chop the mushrooms into small quarters.

Chop the parsley. Put a pan on the stove and add the olive oil. Add the bacon, the mushrooms and the parsley. Fry everything for about 8 minutes.

Cut the brie into thin slices. Put the mushrooms into small 1 person oven dishes and cover with the slices of brie.

Put the dishes in the oven for about 10-15 minutes till the brie has melted. Serve immediately now that the brie is still soft.
