Salad with some surprising flavours. Most important; use a tasty extra vierge olive oil as this matches really well with the burrata and the beetroot is giving a very sweet addition to it. Not many ingredients but it’s a great fit!

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 4 beetroots
  • 1 burrata
  • smoked almonds
  • 100 gr young green lettuce
  • salt and pepper
  • extra vierge olive oil

How to prepare it:

Cut the beetroots in thin slices and lay them on a plate. Divide the lettuce over the beetroot and break the burrata on top. Chop the almonds and divide them over the plate as well. Finish of by sprinkling some salt, pepper and olive oil on top.
