Lovely starter of addition to the cheese starter or dessert!

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 1 Camembert
  • handful walnuts
  • 1 fig
  • 30 gr Parma Ham
  • Balsamic syrup
  • fresh thyme

How to prepare it:

Cut a quarter of the Camembert and put it in an oven fixed dish. Break the walnuts with the cheese. Divide the Parma ham into small pieces over the cheese and the nuts. Put the dish 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, so that the cheese can melt well.

Meanwhile, cut the figs into small thin slices. Remove the tray from the oven. Divide the figs over it. Sprinkle some balsamic syrup and thyme over it. Serve hot with fresh ciabatta bread.
