The combination of meat wrapped in parma ham with sage is originally coming from Italy with it’s famous veal in parma ham or Saltimbocca. This version is more for an every day meal with chicken fillets and a sage-butter instead of a white wine sauce. This is a perfect dish if you want to create something special with little effort.
