Super  easy fish recipe. Tip; eat this with some mashed potatoes or bread, as the sauce is just too good to throw away.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 2 cod filets
  • 1 lemon
  • 500 ml passata di pomodori
  • parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • fresh parsley
  • fresh thyme
  • fresh basil
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

How to prepare it:

Pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees. Use a deep oven dish. Add a sip of olive oil. Place the 2 cod filets on top of the oil. Use a bit of salt and pepper to season the fish on both sides. Chop the fresh herbs and sprinkle the herbs on top of the fish. Peel the garlic, cut it in half, remove the root and squeeze out the garlic. Sprinkle on top of the herbs. Squeeze out the lemon juice and sprinkle the juice on top of the herbs as well. Cover de fish completely with the passata di pomodori. Finish off with some pepper, fresh parsley and parmesan cheese.

Put the dish in the oven for 15 minutes.
