One of the easiest pies to bake! You don’t even need special equipment to create the dough. Just a bit of flower, sugar and lots of fresh fruits!

Ingredients for 1 pie.:

  • 2 mangos
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 6 tablespoons of sugar
  • 60 ml butter
  • Fresh mint

How to prepare it:

Pre-heat your oven to 220 degrees.

Chop the mint. Cut the mango in small blocks. Use a bit of butter to grease the oven dish.

Take a mixing bowl. Put the flour, sugar and butter in the bowl and stir well (with a mixer of just your hands) until you get a crumbly dough, make sure it’s not one sticky bowl of dough.

Cover the bottom of the oven dish with the mango. Sprinkle the mint on top. Cover up with the dough.

Put the dish in the oven for 25 minutes. Serve with some mint and whipped cream.
