Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 4 pears
  • cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 50 gr flour
  • 25 gr soft butter
  • 30 gr sugar

How to prepare it:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Peel the pears and cut them into small pieces. Put the pears with a lot of cinnamon, a tablespoon of sugar and a splash of water in a pan. Put the pan on a medium heat and wait until it boils. Once everything is boiling, stir it well and turn the fire softer.  Allow the mixture to boil quietly until the pear is nice and soft but it is not yet a puree.

Meanwhile, make the crumble, I use a food processor here but this can also be done with a hand mixer. Put the flour, the butter and the sugar in the machine and mix it well into a crumbly dough.

Remove the pears from the heat and divide them over 1-person baking trays. Divide the dough over the pears so that everything is covered. Place the trays in the oven for about 25 minutes, let cool a little but serve still lukewarm.
