Summer is just getting started so let’s prep for some good and long dinners  in the garden, in a park or at your terrace. Enjoy the long summer evenings! Just note that frying the chicken is quickly done on the BBQ however they need to marinate for at least 2 hours.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 250 gr chicken fillet
  • olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered curry
  • salt and pepper

How to prepare it:

Grate the skin of the lemon and squeeze out the lemon. Peel the garlic and cut it in half. Remove the root of the garlic, squeeze the garlic in a mixing bowl big enough to marinade the chicken in.

Cut the red chili pepper in half, remove the seeds and chop the chili pepper.

Add all the ingredients to the mixing bowl. Add a big sip of olive oil and stir well. Clean the chicken fillet and cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.

Add the chicken to the marinade and let it marinade for 2 hours.

Put the chicken on the skewers and fry them on the BBQ or in the grill for 10 minutes (5 minutes on each side).
