Easy, tasty fish oven dish wit fennel, cod, tomatoes and cheese.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 1 fennel
  • 400 gr cod
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 camembert cheese
  • 50 ml ricard
  • 150 ml whipped cream
  • 150 ml fish broth
  • chiliflakes
  • pepper and salt

How to prepare it:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Do the same with the camembert. Finely cut the fennel. Keep the green aside.

Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the cod.

Put a frying pan on the stove. Pour a bit of oil in de pan and briefly fry the fennel. Pour the ricard with the fennel and cook for a while so that the alcohol can evaporate. Now add the whipped cream and fish broth and let it boil in. Add some chiliflakes for a bit of a bite.

Pour the fennel mixture in a deep oven dish. Place the cod on the fennel. Cover the cod with the slices of tomato, sprinkle the finely chopped green from the fennel over it and place the slices camembert.

Put the dish in the oven for 20 minutes and serve with a soft mash.
