Ingredients for 10 pieces .:
- 1 can of dough for croissants
- 2 fresh figs
- 1 tablespoon honey
- fresh rosemary
- 1 egg
- 200 g brie
How to prepare it:
Cut the brie into small slices. Peel the figs and cut them into small wedges. Cut the rosemary into small bunches. Split the egg, all we need is the egg yolk. Place the dough on a shelf and press out small rounds with a cooking ring. Place a slice of brie on each lap, then place two slices of fig and rosemary. Squeeze a little honey on top and then fold in the edges of the dough a little bit.
Brush the edges of the dough with a little egg yolk. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the puff pastry trays in the oven for 12 minutes, serve warm.
