Cod stewed in veggies with a couscous full of herbs
Healthy fish dish :). I prefer cooking with fish vs meat because even a stew is usually done very quickly and easy. This is a quick but very tasty and healthy fish stew with a couscous filled with herbs. Enjoy!

Salmon with a crunchy herb crust
Lovely, crunchy salmon. I love salmon but sometimes it is just heavy and a bit boring. This crust is easy to make and takes away all the boringness, the herbs and the lemon together in the crunchy crust add just that little bit that a piece of salmon needs. Adding a smooth risotto with lemon and truffle-oil( Risotto with lemon and truffle oil) will match perfectly.

Poached redfish with red pesto couscous
Lovely dish with fresh fish. Redfish isn't cheap but it is one of my favorites, especially if it is softly poached and almost falls apart on your plate. The spicy couscous is a great addition to the soft fish. With this dish you are able to easily serve an impressive meal!
