Easy and delicious fish dish! I just love this combination. You can always make it a bit more fancy by making your own herbal cheese instead of using a ready to go herbal cheese however sometimes it is nice to cook something delicious in an easy way.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 2 pangafilets
  • herbal cheese
  • fresh spinach
  • sun-dried tomatoes
  • salt and pepper

How to prepare it:

For starters, of course this dish tastes even better when you use homemade herbal cheese (see link) however sometimes it’s just easier to use a ready to go herbal cheese.

Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees. Use a bit of kitchen cloth to dry the fish. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top. Grease a bit of the herbal cheese in the middle of the fish. Remove the twigs of the spinach and put the leaves on top of the herbal cheese. Cut the sundried tomatoes into small blocks and add them on top of the spinach.

Roll the fish into a smaller package and ty it up with some kitchen rope.

Put a frying pan on the stove and fry the fish for 5 minutes, make sure to turn on all sides.

Put the fish into the oven for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
