A fresh, semi-sweet and home made dessert. I’m not a huge fan of really sweet desserts therefore I really like this one. It’s got the softness of the mascarpone, a bit of sweetening from the honey and a fresh addition from the mint. And the fresh figs complete the picture. Enjoy
Ingredients for 2 pers.:
- 6 fresh figs
- fresh mint
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 4 tablespoons of mascarpone
How to prepare it:
Cut the figs in quarters. Chop the mint. Put a small baking pan on the stove. Add the honey and let it melt. Add the figs and fry them for 2 minutes, add a bit of the mint and stir well.
Put two spoons of mascarpone in each serving bowl. Add half of the honey/fig mixture and a bit of the sauce. Garnish with some mint leaves.
