Even though I’m not a huge fan of desserts, I’m a huge ice cream fan! The ice cream below is nice and fresh after a heavy meal and it’s really easy to make! It’s a great tip if you are just not really into desserts and don’t know what to make to impress on your guests.
Ingredients for 4 pers.:
- 250 gr of Greek yogurt
- 250 gr of frozen summer fruits
- 3 table spoons of honey
- 3 twigs of fresh mint
How to prepare it:
Chop the mint. Put the yogurt, the frozen fruits (keep a bit aside for the garnish at the end), the mint and the honey in your food processor. Mix it all until a smooth frozen yogurt exists. Put the ice in a bowl and put it in your freezer. After two hours it’s frozen enough to serve.
Put two bowls of ice in a serving bowl and garnish with some defrosted fruits and a mint leaf.
Enjoy!
