Ingredients for 4 pers.:

  • 300 gr fusilli
  • 300 gr small pink shrimps
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 250 gr cherry tomatoes
  • parmesan cheese flakes
  • 250 ml cooking cream
  • fresh dill
  • pepper

How to prepare it:

Put a pan with water on the stove to cook the fusilli. You can add the fusilli as soon as the water is boiling. Let the fusilli cook for about 12 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Peel and fine slice the onion. Chop the dill and cut the tomatoes in quarters. Put a pan for the sauce on the stove. Melt some butter and fritter the onion. Add the shrimps and fry them for 2 minutes. Add the dill and fry again for a couple of minutes before adding the cooking cream. Once the cream is added, heath up the pan and let the sauce boil for 5 minutes. Add half of the parmesan cheese, make sure the sauce starts boiling again and let it boil till the cheese is melted. Now you can add the tomatoes. Let it simmer a bit.

In the meantime, you can drain the fusilli. Put the fusilli back into the pan and add the sauce once it’s ready. Stir well and put everything into an oven dish. Sprinkle some dill, grate lemon skin and the second half of the parmesan cheese on top.

Put the dish into the oven for 15 minutes before serving.
