Homemade burger with a touch of Greece.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 300 g minced meat
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 garlic clove
  • black olives
  • sun-dried tomatoes
  • fresh parsley
  • 50 g feta
  • breadcrumbs
  • fresh rosemary
  • fresh thyme

How to prepare it:

Put the minced meat in a large mixing bowl. Peel the garlic and remove the carrot. Squeeze out the garlic. Finely chop the herbs. Chop the olives and sun-dried tomatoes small. Crumble the feta.

Add all the ingredients to the mixing bowl. Mix all the ingredients and form burgers. Bake the burgers for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the thickness of the burger.
