Nice green salad with avocado and tomatoes and in honey baked halloumi.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • green salad
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tomatoes
  • halloumi cheese
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • white wine vinegar

How to prepare it:

Wash the lettuce. Cut the tomatoes open and remove the seeds. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

Cut the halloumi into thin slices. Beat off some olive oil and 1 tablespoon of honey and spread the halloumi with the honey. Put a frying pan on the heat and fry the halloumi for a few minutes until they turn nicely golden brown.

Meanwhile, put 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon mustard, some salt and pepper and some oil and vinegar in a mixing bowl and beat a salad dressing.

Cut the avocado over half, remove the root and cut the avocado into small pieces.

Put the tomatoes and avocado in the lettuce in a bowl. Add the warm halloumi and serve the salad dressing over it.
