Delicious amuse with Parma ham and grilled mango. Very easy to make and a small party on your plate

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 75 g Parma ham
  • 1 mango
  • fresh tarragon
  • olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • pepper

How to prepare it:

Finely chop the tarragon. Mix a drizzle of olive oil, honey, some pepper, and the tarragon and leave to stand for a while.

Cut thin slices of the mango and grill it equally on both sides. Put the mango on a plate. Place a slice of Parma ham on it. Drizzle some tarragon oil over it and garnish with a twig of tarragon.
