Traditional Christmas side dish however why only eat is during Christmas as it is so easy and nice!
Ingredients for 2 pers.:
- 200 gr haricots verts
- 200 gr bacon
How to prepare it:
Cut both endings of the haricots verts. Put them in a pan with water and heat them up. Once they are boiling, let them boil for about 5 minutes.
Rinse down the haricots. Once the haricots are cooled down you roll 5 of them together into a piece of bacon. Repeat this until you’ve run out of haricots.
Put a frying pan on the stove, add a bit of olive oil. Once the oil is hot you can add the rolls.
Fry them for about 10 minutes, make sure you turn the rolls regularly.
