Healthy and surprising quiche with smoked salmon, feta cheese and kale!

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 300 gr kale
  • 200 gr smoked salmon
  • 75 gr feta cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 ml cooking cream
  • chili flakes
  • salt and pepper
  • thin pastry

How to prepare it:

Start by mixing the eggs, the cooking cream, some salt and pepper and some chili flakes in a bowl. Mix till you have a smooth mass.

Put a frying pan on the stove, add some oil. Add the kale and fry the kale for about 5 minutes. Add the salmon and fry the salmon with the kale till the salmon is changing colour. Finally add the pine nuts and stir once more. Take the pan of the stove.

Use a springform of 9 inches. Grease the springform and add some flour to prevent the dough from sticking to the edges. Cover the bottom and edges with the pastry. Add the kale and salmon mix in the springform, pour the egg mixture on top and make sure it covers the entire form. Finish off by crumbling the feta cheese on top. Place the quiche in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

You can check if the quiche is ready by using a wooden pin, if there is no residue remaining, the quiche is dry and ready!
