Kids special: Tree trunks made from minced meat. In case the kids (or you) do not like the cheese addition, you can easily leave that out of the recipe.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 300 g minced meat
  • 75 g parmesan
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh parsley and dill
  • breadcrumbs

How to prepare it:

Mix the minced meat with some breadcrumbs, 1 egg, some salt and pepper and 1 tablespoon curry powder well combined. Grate the cheese and mix it into the minced meat.

In another bowl, mix some breadcrumbs and the second tablespoon of curry powder. Set aside.

Finely chop the parsley and dill and put in a small bowl. Beat 1 egg.

Roll the minced meat in small quantities in the form of a small croquette. Roll it through the beaten egg and the long sides through the curry breadcrumbs mix. Cover the short sides with the parsley and dill.

Fry the logs on all sides and cook over a small heat in about 10 minutes with a lid on the pan. Turn regularly.
