A nice wrap for lunch, makes your lunch just a little bit more special! Whether it’s a working lunch or a pick-nick, since wraps are easy to prep for yourself to take them on the run you can bring them anywhere!

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 1 wrap per person (or 2 if you like)
  • 100 gr cream cheese
  • 1/2 lemon
  • fresh parsley
  • fresh dill
  • fresh chives
  • fresh spinach leaves
  • powdered paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 gr parma ham
  • 2 sun-dried tomatoes
  • pine nuts

How to prepare it:

Put the cream cheese in a bowl. Chop all the fresh herbs. Add all the ingredients to the cheese; the fresh, chopped herbs, some paprika powder, the lemon juice and some salt and pepper.

Stir everything firmly.

Prep the soft shells according to the instructions of the package. I always prepare them in the micro wave.

Put the wrap on a plate, cover it with the cream cheese, put some pieces of Parma ham and spinach on top. Cut the sundried tomatoes into small pieces and sprinkle the sundried tomatoes and some pine nuts on top of the wrap.
