Dessert made with just pure fruits! No sweetener added, easy and delicious.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 1 mango
  • ½ lemon
  • fresh mint
  • 50 gr red fruits
  • 1 leave of gelatin
  • 1 cinnamon stick

How to prepare it:

Soak the gelatin in a bowl with some luke warm water. Peel the mango, cut the pulp of the seed and put the mango pulp into a blender or blend it to a smooth mixture. Put the mango mix in a small pan and heat it up. Chop the mint. Add the cinnamon stick, a bit of lemon juice and the chopped mint.  Add the gelatin once the mango is hot. Stir well. Take the mousse of the stove and divide it into the serving dishes. Put the dishes in the fridge, the mousse needs to cool down for at least 2 hours.

Take the desserts out of the fridge, add some red fruits (heated to room temperature) and finish off with a mint leaf.
