A nice, fresh and bit of a sweet salad with a twist.

Ingredients:
- 1 mango
- ½ red chili pepper
- ½ lime
- fresh basil
- fresh mint
- olive oil
How to prepare it:
Peel off the skin of the mango. Cut the meat of the mango. Chop the mango into small pieces. Put the pieces into a bowl. Cut the red chili pepper in half. Remove the seeds. Chop small thin slices of the red chili pepper. Add the pepper to the mango. Grate the skin of the lime and add these to the mango. Chop the herbs and add as well. Stir everything well and finally add some olive oil.
