Always prepping meat on the BBQ? It’s time for a change! Hereby my first tip; shrimps for the BBQ marinated in curry. Please note; it’s not difficult to make but it required 2 hours waiting.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 250 gr large shrimps
  • olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 red chili pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered curry
  • salt and pepper

How to prepare it:

Grate the skin of the lemon and squeeze out the lemon. Peel the garlic and cut it in half. Remove the root of the garlic, squeeze the garlic in a mixing bowl big enough to marinade the shrimps in.

Cut the red chili pepper in half, remove the seeds and chop the chili pepper.

Add all the ingredients to the mixing bowl. Add a big sip of olive oil and stir well. Make sure the shrimps are peeled and remove in need the intestinal tract.

Add the shrimps to the marinade and let it marinade for 2 hours.

Put the shrimps on sate sticks and fry them on the BBQ or in the grill for 10 minutes (5 minutes on each side).
