Great, smooth piece of meat drenched in wine and grapefruit juice. Important: reserve 2 hours to marinate the meat. Baking the meat will be very quickly but it needs time to marinate.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 2 pieces of sirloin
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 300 ml red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon)
  • salt and pepper
  • thyme

How to prepare it:

Dry the sirloins. Season them on both sides with salt and pepper. Place the sirloins in a bowl. Squeeze out half of the grapefruit and mix it with the red wine. Pour the red wine over the sirloins and place the thyme in it. Grate some of the zest of the grapefruit and place it at the sirloins in the wine. Let the sirloins marinate for 2 hours.

Put a baking pan on the fire. Heat some butter. Once the butter is hot, place the sirloin in the pan. Bake both sides for about 3-4 minutes.
