Ingredients for 1 melon:

  • 1 melon
  • 100 gr parmaham

How to prepare it:

Cut the melon into slices and remove the skin. Role the melon into the pieces of ham and serve directly.

It is better to serve this instantly because if you leave it standing too long the ham will take over the juices of the melon and it will lose its structure and toughness.
