Soft, warm cheese with honey, walnuts and thyme from the oven. Let’s start dipping. Perfectly to combine with a nice, bold red wine.

Ingredients for 1 dipper.:

  • 1 camembert (round)
  • fresh thyme
  • walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

How to prepare it:

Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees.

Take the Camembert out of the wooden package and remove the paper cover. Put the Camembert back in the wooden frame. Use a sharp knife to create horizontal and vertical lines in the cheese.

Put some twigs of thyme in the open cheese. Chop the walnuts, just a bit and divide them over the cheese.

Put the Camembert into the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Take the Camembert out of the oven, remove the thyme twigs and sprinkle a bit of fresh thyme over the cheese instead. Sprinkle the honey on top as well. Serve with pieces of bread. Let’s start dipping!
