Slightly spicy mushroom tapa with a smooth cheese and spinach filling.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 6 large mushrooms
  • 100 gr ricotta cheese
  • ½ clove of garlic
  • 150 gr spinach
  • 50 gr feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • chili flakes
  • olive oil

How to prepare it:

Pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees.

Remove the root of the mushrooms and clean the mushrooms.

Chop the spinach and put these together with the ricotta in a mixing bowl. Add some salt, pepper and chili flakes to the ricotta. Peel the garlic, cut it in half and remove the root. Squeeze half of the garlic into the bowl with the ricotta-spinach. Stir well. Fill the mushrooms with the ricotta-spinach mixture. Crumble the feta on top.

Use a bit of oil to grease in the oven dish and put the mushrooms in the dish. Sprinkle a bit of oil on top and put the mushrooms into the oven for 15 minutes.
