Nice tapa with mushrooms in a garlicy, herbal cream sauce.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 100 gr wild mushrooms
  • fresh parsley
  • parmesan cheese
  • 100 gr cream cheese
  • 50 gr crème fraiche
  • pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic

How to prepare it:

Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees.

Cut the mushrooms in quarters. Chop the parsley. Peel the garlic, cut it in half and remove the root.

Squeeze the garlic into a mixing bowl. Add the cream cheese, the crème fraiche, a bit of pepper and most of the parsley. Stir well.

Put a frying pan on the stove. Add some olive oil. Once the oil is hot, you can add the mushrooms. Fry them for 10 min. Add the remaining parsley.

Take the pan of the stove and put the mushrooms in a 1-person oven dish. Cover the mushrooms with the cheese mixture. Finish off with some Parmesan cheese. Put the dish into the oven for about 15 minutes.
