Ingredients for 2 pers. tapa:

  • 10 large shrimps
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil
  • chili flakes
  • 1 lemon

How to prepare it:

Peel the shrimps and remove if needed the intestinal tract.

Put the shrimps in an oven dish, poor the olive oil on top until they are completely covered with oil. Peel the garlic and cut it in thin slices. Divide the garlic over the shrimps. Grate the skin of the lemon and sprinkle them over the shrimps. Finish off with a good amount of dried chili flakes.

Put the shrimps 15 minutes in the hot grill.
