Vegetarian Wellington
Vegetarian Wellington, a great twist to the Christmas classic dish. Being a vegetarian this Christmas is a treat! Enjoy this wellington filled with mushrooms, truffle and spinach!
Basil ice cream
Basil ice cream, delicious as a dessert but even more powerful as a small break during a long dinner. Serve as a small bite with just a basil leave and tomato slice or with sweet grilled tomatoes (grilled in balsamic and maple syrup).
Broccoli mash
A non-traditional mash with broccoli. This maybe sounds a bit strange but the combination with sun-dried tomatoes and pesto really works. The mash is in essence vegetarian however if you like a touch of meat, I have described the option of adding grilled pancetta for that extra flavour.
Mushroom truffle lasagna
Lasagna with truffle and wild mushrooms. Perfect comfortfood for the dark days in the autumn season.
Spinach potato cookies
Great appetizer! Crunchy potato and spinach cookies with soft smoked salmon and a spicy horseradish dip! I love it!!
