Quick, delicious and easy oven dish with white fish. The dish has a lot of flavours due to the fresh herbs and ingredients. As we know, good delicious food does not need much dressing up, just fresh and great ingredients.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 2 pangasius filets
  • 1 can of tomato cubes
  • 1 lime
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Fresh Italian herbs such as sage, oregano, thyme, chives

How to prepare it:

Chop the spices and the onion finely. Grate the zest of the lime. Peel the garlic, cut it in half, remove the root.

Place a pan on the stove, add some olive oil. Heat the olive oil and add the onion. the lime zest and the fresh herbs. Press the garlic into the pan. Heat for 2 minutes. Now add the tomato cubes and salt and pepper to taste. Boil for 5 minutes. Pour the sauce into a baking dish, place the fish in the sauce and cover with aluminum foil.

Place the dish for 30 minutes in the oven.

Serve with a soft puree or risotto.
