Ingredients for 1 panini:

  • 1 panini sandwich
  • 1 avocado
  • 100 gr smoked salmon
  • 2 table spoons of soft herbal cheese
  • ½ lemon
  • pepper

How to prepare it:

Cut the sandwich in half. Cut the avocado in half as well, remove the seed and cut the avocado into thin slices. Grease the herbal cheese on top of the sandwich, put the slices of avocado on top, sprinkle some lemon juice and pepper over the avocado. Finally add the salmon. Put the top on the sandwich and grill the bread for 5 minutes.
