Lovely dessert. Smooth panna cotta with lukewarm coulis of blueberries! Enjoy.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 250 ml non-whipped whip cream
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 40 g sugar
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 3 leaves gelatin
  • 50 ml crème de cassis
  • 100 g blueberries
  • fresh mint

How to prepare it:

Put a saucepan on the heat and heat the cream in it. Don’t let the cream boil. Meanwhile, cut the vanilla pod open and put the marrow of the vanilla pod in the cream. add the pod as well. Add the sugar. Heat the cream and sugar gently for about 10 minutes.

 

Meanwhile, soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Squeeze out the gelatin and add it to the warm cream. Stir well again until the gelatin is dissolved. Divide the cream over the tins and put it in the fridge. Leave the dessert to stiffen in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

 

Remove the panna cotta from the fridge.

Put a small saucepan on the heat, put in the blueberries and let them warm up. Add the crème de cassis and bring it to a boiling point. Divide the warm berries with some sauce over the panna cottas and finish with a mint leaf.

Serve immediately.
