Ingredients for 4 pers.:

  • 200 gr farfalle pasta
  • 200 gr smoked salmon
  • 1 red onion
  • fresh dill
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of crème fraiche
  • fresh black pepper
  • olive oil

How to prepare it:

Put a pan with water to boil the pasta on the stove. Boil the pasta according to the description on the package.

Cut the salmon into small pieces. Chop the dill and the union. Grate the skin of the lemon and squeeze out the juice.

Once the water is boiling you can add the pasta.

Put a baking pan on the stove and add some butter. As soon as the butter is melted you can add the salmon. Bake the salmon until the pieces turn baby pink.  Add the lemon juice, lemon grates and dill. Stir well and add the black pepper, finally add the crème fraiche.

Rinse down the pasta, add a bit of olive oil, the salmon and the red onion. Stir everything well. Garnish with some fresh dill. The pasta can be served cold or lukewarm.
