Lovely fresh and tasteful side dish! A perfect combination of the creaminess of the cheese, the different herb flavours and the freshness of the pointed pepper.

As a tip; you can always add a bit of garlic, that has never killed anybody 🙂

Ingredients for 4 pers.:

  • 2 pointed peppers
  • 200 gr cream cheese (natural)
  • Fresh herbs like parsley, chives, basil and mint
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 lemon

How to prepare it:

Cut the pepper in half (in the width), cut of the head. Remove the seeds from within the pepper.

Chop all the fresh herbs and squeeze the juice from the lemon. Mix the herbs, cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Fill the pepper with the herbal cheese and put it back into the fridge to get nice and cold.
