Nice vegetable-fish edition to the tapas table! A bit sweetness of the pointed peppers and a smooth tuna salad.

Ingredients for 1 tapa dish:

  • 2 pointed peppers
  • 1 can of tuna
  • ½ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of creme fraiche
  • Powdered paprika
  • Chili powder
  • Fresh parsley
  • pepper

How to prepare it:

Cut the pepper in half (in the width), cut of the head. Remove the seeds out of the pepper.

Open the can and poor out the oil. Put the tuna in a bowl and mash it. Squeeze the lemon. Add the lemon juice, some powdered paprika, a bit of pepper and a very small amount of chili powder to the tuna. Mash everything until you’ve got a nice and smooth tuna salad. Chop the parsley and stir this through the tuna salad.

Fill the pepper with the tunasalad and put it back into the fridge to get nice and cold.
