Crunchy baked Mexican wrap with seasoned minced meat, corn and bell pepper. With a yogurt-herb dip on the side.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 4 wraps
  • 200 g minced beef
  • 100 g corn
  • 1 orange pepper
  • 75 g cheddar
  • taco seasoning mix

How to prepare it:

Cut the peppers into small pieces. Put a frying pan on the heat.  Add the minced meat, bake for 10 minutes. Now add the peppers and corn and cook for 5 minutes. Add the seasoning mix and cook for 2 minutes.

Place the wrap open on your grill (or in a clean frying pan), spread the minced mixture over the wrap, start in the middle and leave a border at the ends free. Grate the cheddar over the minced mixture. Place a second wrap over the first and close the grill. Grill for about 8 minutes. If you fry the quesadilla in a pan, place a pan lid that is slightly smaller than the pan on the wraps. Now you bake the quesadilla for 8 minutes.

Delicious with a fresh yogurt dip.
