Fancy a healthy dinner but do not have a lot of time? Make this delicious chicken wrap! This is a dish you can easily make vegetarian as well as you can replace the chicken with vegetarian pieces.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 300 g chicken strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 200 g spinach
  • fresh parsley
  • fresh basil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 wraps

How to prepare it:

If you have bought chicken breasts, cut them into narrow strips and put a frying pan on the heat with a little butter. As soon as the butter has melted, add the chicken and fry until the chicken turns brownish.

Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and fry them too. Finely chop the spinach and fry until it has shrunk.

Meanwhile, put the yogurt with the mustard and some lemon juice and some salt and pepper in a mixing bowl and stir well. Finely chop the herbs and add them to the yogurt. Peel the garlic, cut it over half and remove the root. Squeeze the garlic out at the yogurt. Stir everything together.

Prepare the wraps according to the packaging. Get everything ready to fill the wrap.  Start with a layer of spinach, then place the chicken strips and some paprika on top. Finish with the yogurt dressing and fold the wrap.  Enjoy!
