Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 2 panga filets
  • 200 g green beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • powdered curry
  • 250 ml cooking cream
  • 150 g basmati rice
  • pepper
  • almond chips

How to prepare it:

Peel and chop the onion. Peel the garlic, cut it about half and remove the carrot. Clean the green beans and cut them about half. Clean the panga filet and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

Put a deep-frying pan on the heat and put two pans with plenty of water on the heat. Add the green beans to one of the pans and bring to the boil. Cook the beans for 8 minutes.

Bring the water in the other pan to a boil and add the rice as soon as the water boils. Cook the rice according to the description on the package.

Melt some butter in the frying pan. As soon as the butter is hot, add the onion and a lot of powdered curry and bake for 1 minute over high heat. Now add the panga filet and squeeze the garlic into the pan. Fry the panga filet for 10 minutes until tender, stirring regularly. Now add the cooking cream, add some pepper to taste (salt if necessary) and bring to the boil.

Drain the beans and add them to the fish-curry. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Drain the rice and serve the fish- curry with the rice and sprinkle some almond chips over it.
