Small rolled roast for 1 person; Turkey with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and black olives!

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 2 turkey filets
  • fresh spinach
  • sun dried tomatoes
  • black olives
  • parmezan cheese
  • salt and pepper

How to prepare it:

Pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees.

Place the fillets on a plate. Season them on both sides with some salt and pepper. Cut the olives into thin rings and chop the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces. Cover the fillets with a bit of spinach, some olive rings and sun-dried tomatoes. Finish by sprinkling a bit of parmesan cheese on top. Roll the fillet and ty it up with some kitchen strings. Put a frying pan on the stove and fry the rolled fillets on all sides for a min. Poor the butter into an oven dish and place the rolled fillets into the oven dish. Place the fillets in the oven for approx.. 10 min.

Take out the rolled roast and remove the strings. Cut the rolled roast into thin slices.
