Super easy warm served salad. Not too standard with a Eastern touch:).

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 200 gr brocolini
  • 200 gr sugarsnaps
  • 75 gr cashew’s
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce

How to prepare it:

Put a pan with water on the stove. Get the water boiling. Add the brocolini and the sugarsnaps. Boil the veggies for about 8 minutes. They should still be a bit crunchy. Rinse them down and put them in a serving bowl.

Chop the cashews and divide them on top of the veggies.

Finish off with some soy sauce.

The salad tastes best when its still a bit warm, so you can best serve it right away.
