I love colourful salads with surprising ingredients! In this salad the bitter taste of the arugula fits perfectly with the sweetness of the figs and the pears and the very distinctive taste of the blue cheese.

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 100 gr arugula
  • 50 gr Roquefort
  • 2 figs
  • 20 gr almonds
  • 2 pears
  • olive oil
  • balsamic

How to prepare it:

Put the arugula in a serving bowl. Peel the pear and cut it into long slices. Place the pear on the salad. Cut the figs into thin slices. Put the fig slices on the salad too. Sprinkle the almonds over the salad and break the blue cheese over it.

Sprinkle some balsamic and olive oil over the salad.
