Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 2 pieces of salmon
  • 100 gr green asparagus
  • fresh dill
  • 50 gr salted butter
  • peper
  • 1 lemon

How to prepare it:

Pre-heat your oven to 190 degrees, take a piece of tin foil for each salmon fillet. Use some butter to grease the tin foil.

Wash the asparagus and put a small pan with water on the stove. Once the water is boiling add the asparagus and boil them for 5 minutes. Put them on top of the greased foil, in a way that you can put the salmon on top. Melt the butter and chop the fresh dill. Stir the dill through the melted butter.

Grease the top of the asparagus with the dill butter. Add some pepper and grated lemon skin on top.

Put the salmon fillets on top of the potatoes, poor a bit of the dill butter on top. Sprinkle some pepper on the salmon and grate a bit of the skin of the lemon over the salmon. Finish off with some fresh dill as well.

Close the tin foil and bake them in the oven for 30 minutes.
