So good! Being completely honest; one portion a person is not enough, maybe it’s better to make 2 portions per person :). Smoked salmon with a fresh and smooth horseradish cream. Not very hard to make but really nice to serve to friends and family.
Ingredients for 4 pers.:
- 4 serving glasses
- 100 gr smoked salmon
- 100 ml whip cream (non whipped)
- 1 tablespoon of grated horseradish
- salt and pepper
- 1 lime
- chili flakes
- lettuce
- fresh basil
How to prepare it:
Cut the salmon into small pieces. Fill the bottom of the serving glasses with a bit of salmon. Put some small lettuce leaves on top. Put the cream into a mixing bowl. Add the horseradish, some salt and pepper and some chili flakes. Grate the skin of the lime and fine slice it.
Squeeze out the lime and add a bit of the grates and a bit of the juice to the cream. Whip the cream. Scoop a bit of the cream on top of the lettuce. Garnish the dish with some small pieces of salmon, some basil leaves and a bit of grated lemon.
