Warm smoked salmon rolls with spinach and herbal cheese. Perfect side-dish, easy, tasty and special!

Ingredients for 8 rolls.:

  • 300 gr smoked salmon
  • fresh spinach
  • 200 gr ricotta
  • fresh basil
  • fresh parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper

How to prepare it:

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees. Chop the basil and the parsley. Grate the skin of the lemon and chop it smaller if needed. Peel the skin of the garlic, cut it in half and remove the root. Squeeze the garlic into a mixing bowl. Add the herbs, ricotta, salt, pepper and lemon grates.

Put the smoked salmon pieces on a plate. Cut them in straight pieces of approx.. 4 cm wide and 10 cm long. Put some pieces of spinach on top and finish off with some ricotta-cheese. Roll them firmly.

Add some olive oil into a baking dish and put the salmon rolls in it.

Put them into the oven for 15 minutes.
