Delicious salmon tartar…. the pictures say it all!! Enjoy!

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 250 gr fresh salmon
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon
  • fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon crème fraiche
  • salt and pepper

How to prepare it:

Start by creating the sauce. Peel and chop the shallot. Finely chop the parsley. Grate the lemon peel and squeeze out the juice. Add the crème fraiche, the shallot, the parsley, some pepper and the lemon juice together in a mixing bowl. Stir everything well.

Cut the salmon into very nice little pieces. Stir the salmon through the sauce. Now peel the apple and cut it into small pieces. Stir the apple through the salmon mixture too.

Serve the salmon tartar with some fresh parsley and the lemon zest over it. Tip; Use a cooking ring to serve the salmon nicely.
