Salmon and avocado are the perfect combination! For this dish it is most important to have very fresh salmon and a avocado that is ripe and smooth. Making the tartare is easy! Enjoy it!

Ingredients for 2 pers.:

  • 200g fresh salmon fillet
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 red onion
  • fresh tarragon
  • fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper

How to prepare it:

Cut the salmon into small pieces. Peel and chop the onion. Squeeze the lime. Stir the lime together with a little salt and pepper and the red wine vinegar. Finely chop the fresh herbs. Stir together the salmon, dressing and herbs. Put it aside for a second.

Now cut the fresh avocado in half and remove the kernel. Cut the avocado into small pieces. Stir the avocado into the salmon. Serve with fresh herbs and some slices of avocado.
